Contracts Manager - Refurbishment and Maintenance
Location: Nottingham based
Salary: Up to £55,000 based on experience
Additional: Car allowance and fully company benefits package
Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm

About the Role:
As Contracts Manager, you will oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will ensure that all operations run smoothly, safely, and in accordance with specification and programme requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage contracts across a portfolio of roofing and cladding projects.
Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
Ensure compliance with health & safety and environmental standards.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and inspections.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager
Previous experience in refurbishment and maintenance projects
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, CDM regulations, and project financial.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.
