Refrigeration Design Engineer

A fantastic vacancy has arisen for an experienced Refrigeration Design / Applications Engineer to join a successful refrigeration manufacturer in the East Anglia area. The role will involve assisting the Refrigeration technical manager with key roles within the business, listed below. The Role includes: The creation of refrigeration M&E schedules and designs. Produce a quotation/ cost base using software and training provided. Create and review specifications of refrigeration systems and components. Creation of designs with BREEAM standards incorporated within the design. Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the refrigeration specifications are feasible, Provide documentation related to product design to meet regulatory requirements BSEN 378. Utilising software to compile heat/load calculations. Creation and review of environmental and compliance submissions The successful candidate will require to have the following: Excellent people skills Good computer literacy The ability to work to tight deadlines. High attention to detail Self-motivated and the ability to work on your own initiative.
