The successful candidates will play a vital part in shaping HR strategies, managing complex employee relations, and advising senior managers. For those looking to make a difference within a meaningful organisation, these positions offer a rewarding challenge and a chance to influence positive change.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and resolve complex employee relations cases, providing expert guidance to managersSupport senior leadership with HR strategy development and implementationLine manage the HR Advisor and HR Administrator, ensuring effective team performanceDeliver coaching and development support to managersContribute to HR policies and procedures aligned with organisational values and best practiceSupport and implement organisational change initiativesMaintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with statutory requirementsAssist in talent management and recruitment activities as neededEssential Skills and ExperienceProven experience in a senior HR role within complex environmentsCIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalentStrong capability in managing complex employee relations caseworkDemonstrable ability to advise and influence senior management with credibility and gravitasResilience and professionalism when dealing with sensitive issuesExcellent communication and coaching skillsExperience managing or leading HR teams or projectsThese roles are a genuine HR Business Partner opportunity, ideal for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic partnering with hands-on employee relations support.
