Your responsibilities will include: Build relationships with buyers, sellers and investors Generate new business and grow your client base Conduct property viewings Negotiate offers and manage property sales Deliver exceptional customer service Stay up to date with market trends Achieve individual targets within a supportive team Who We're Looking For We're looking for individuals who are ambitious, driven and ready to embrace a new challenge. You'll ideally have: Excellent communication and people skills A proactive and self-motivated attitude A strong work ethic and willingness to learn A confident, professional and positive approach Resilience and determination to achieve your goals A valid driver's licence (preferred) Earnings This is a commission-only position with no basic salary. Our consultants start on a 50% commission split, with the opportunity to increase to 65% commission as they consistently achieve performance milestones.
