Housing Manager

RATE: up to £35.00 ph (umbrella) TYPE: LOCUM HOURS: This is a Full time role (Mon-Fri) This is a varied, customer-focused role requiring an experienced housing professional who can manage a broad range of tenancy and neighbourhood management responsibilities across a regional patch. Key Responsibilities of the Housing Manager * Managing and investigating Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) cases * Conducting estate inspections and neighbourhood checks * Ensuring fire risk assessment actions are completed and monitored * Signing up new residents into their homes, supported by the Allocations Team * Carrying out rent-related visits where required * Managing customer complaints and resolving issues effectively * Working closely with the Customer Engagement Team to improve resident satisfaction * Delivering a high-quality housing management service across the patch Must have previous experience within a Housing Manager or generic housing management role and a strong knowledge of tenancy and neighbourhood management. Experience handling ASB, complaints and estate management issues and excellent communication and customer service skills are essential. You will need the ability to work independently and manage a busy workload and to follow processes and maintain accurate records Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively are required.
