Aviation Solicitor

A leading international law firm is looking to hire an Aviation Associate at 2–4 PQE to join its highly regarded aviation practice in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an aviation lawyer looking to develop their career within a sophisticated, international team advising some of the key players across the global aviation industry.

The Opportunity

The team advises a broad range of clients including airlines, aircraft lessors, banks and financial institutions, manufacturers, insurers and other major aviation businesses on complex and high-value matters.

The role will provide exposure to a broad range of aviation work, with a particular focus on aircraft finance, leasing and related commercial transactions. Depending on your experience, you may also have the opportunity to work on wider aviation commercial and regulatory matters.

Typical matters can include:

• Aircraft acquisitions and disposals
• Operating and finance leases
• Sale and leaseback transactions
• Aircraft and component financing
• Aviation-related asset finance
• JOLCO and other structured financing transactions
• Aviation commercial agreements
