This is a fantastic opportunity to join Compass Group UK & Ireland's Defence sector on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week .

As a Front of House Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading our customer-facing operations, ensuring high standards of service, presentation, and hospitality are maintained at all times.

You'll support and motivate your team, lead by example, and help create a welcoming environment for all customers and visitors.

Please note: This role is contracted to 50.2 weeks per year.

What you'll be doing As a Front of House Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: Supervising the day-to-day front of house operation to ensure excellent customer service at all times.

Leading and motivating customer service teams to deliver a consistently high standard of hospitality.

Supporting the management team in achieving operational objectives, KPIs, and performance targets.

Acting as an ambassador for Compass Group UK & Ireland and maintaining a positive brand image.

Building strong relationships with customers and responding professionally to queries and feedback.

Ensuring all front of house areas are clean, welcoming, and presented to the highest standards.

Supporting the training, development, and onboarding of team members.

Managing staffing levels, delegating duties, and ensuring effective rota coverage.

Monitoring service standards and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Implementing and maintaining Health & Safety, Food Safety, and company compliance standards.

Who we're looking for Our ideal Front of House Supervisor will: Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality.

Have previous experience in a customer-facing supervisory role within hospitality, catering, retail, leisure, or a similar environment.

Have experience leading, coaching, and motivating teams.

Possess strong communication and organisational skills.

Be confident dealing with customers and handling service-related issues professionally.

Demonstrate a positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work.

Have good attention to detail and high standards of presentation.

Be ambitious, motivated, and keen to develop their career within a leading organisation.
