Engineering Team Leader

Engineering Team Leader, Milton Keynes, Continental days & Nights, Salary £74,250   Engineering Team Leader or Maintenance Team Leader required to join the team within a FMCG company. The Engineering Team Leader will have a strong engineering background ideally within FMCG, with a good technical knowledge of Electrical engineering, as well as production processes.   You should have core qualifications in Electrical engineering, with experience in CI, TPM, ordering parts, co-ordinating staff as well as driving PM's. This role requires excellent organisational skills and management skills. While practical support may be needed during critical escalations, your primary focus is leadership. You will coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring the maximum effectiveness of your team to drive plant reliability and performance.   As the Engineering Team Leader you will be heading a team of multi skilled engineers. You will be responsible for prioritising workloads, ensuring the team are well equipped and have spares for breakdowns as well as organising planned maintenance. Ability to drive Total Planned Maintenance (TPM), CI and PPM's   In return you will be part of the leading food and beverage manufacturer.
