Customer Service Advisor

A client of ours in the Colchester area are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.45pm and paying £25,800 - £26,500 per annum depending on experience. Key Duties include but are not limited to: Respond promptly to customer enquiries through email and phone. Provide advice and guidance on the company's product range. Process customer orders Resolve delivery-related issues and handle customer complaints professionally and tactfully.
