A friendly and supportive primary school in Trafford is seeking a Year 4 Teacher to join their team from September 2026 on a part-time basis, with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week. The school is ideally located for commuters, with excellent transport links from Manchester city centre, Sale, Altrincham, Salford, Urmston and South Manchester areas. The role is for a minimum of 1 term.

The role
Year 4 Teacher - Part-time (Minimum 3 days)
Teaching a Year 4 class from September 2026
Planning and delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment
Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and colleagues
Flexible working pattern across a minimum of 3 days per week

The ideal candidate
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Passion for creating engaging learning opportunities
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
