You’ll be joining our
Highways maintenance
team, as the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.

What you'll be doing
Bring together different data sources to produce and manage key reports and dashboards, highlighting various aspects of business and operational performance
Cleanse and analyse data to identify trends and provide insight into performance to support improvement of the service
Work with teams across all functions of the business to understand their requirements and provide data and performance support
Develop and improve methods of data capture and storage
Manage key local systems used on Cambridgeshire Highways and Peterborough Highway Services contracts
Attend meetings to discuss performance
Support the automation and digital transformation of business operations
Provide administrative support to systems, user access and documentation.
Engage with Central IT and digital teams to ensure consistency
What you'll bring
A high level of mathematical ability
Excellent Excel skills
The ability to analyse, model and interpret data
Problem solving skills and a methodical approach
A proactive and self-starting ability
The ability to plan work and meet deadlines
Accuracy and attention to detail
T eamworking skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Desirable skills and competencies
Competence with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps)
Knowledge of DAX and Power M Query Language (used in Power BI)
Competence with working with existing systems, such as ProCore, Causeway, CEMAR
