Framework is excited to offer an opportunity for a Co-occurring Mental Health and Substance Use Recovery Worker to join North East Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership (NELRP) - a dynamic partnership delivering the substance use treatment and recovery service. This partnership brings together Framework, Turning Point, and Double Impact, combining:
Frameworks expertise in supporting people with complex needs
Turning Points national reputation as an outstanding substance use provider
Double Impacts lived-experience-led approach to recovery

As a Co-occurring Mental Health and Substance Use Recovery Worker, youll play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred substance use treatment to individuals also struggling with their mental health, helping them achieve meaningful recovery and stability.
About the role
As a Recovery Worker, youll be part of a friendly, multidisciplinary team, working with service users who present multiple and complex needs.
You will:
Manage a defined caseload, often involving individuals with mental health issues, homelessness, criminality, long-term health conditions, domestic abuse, exploitation, or self-
Complete assessments of need and risk, developing robust recovery and risk-management plans tailored to the persons goals.
Deliver evidence-based interventions, both 1:1 and group-
Represent the service at external meetings to improve pathways and partnership
What were looking for
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Experience supporting people affected by substance use or experience in a closely related field within health, social care, or criminal justice settings.
A relevant qualification (e.g., social work, nursing) or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent written communication and report-writing skills.
Confidence in managing complex cases and presenting in multidisciplinary settings.
A full driving licence and access to a car are essential, as is the ability to obtain Police clearance .
