Logistics Agent Are you seeking a new opportunity? Join our client's team at Uxbridge and enjoy: Competitive Pay: Earn £13.50 per hour, overtime rates of £20.25 paid after 30 hours per week. Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service. Shifts: Monday - Friday 8.45am - 3pm (with 15 minutes unpaid break) Perks: Free on-site parking, provided PPE, comprehensive training. Career Development: Access to Manpower 'MyPath' for online courses. Responsibilities: Place orders on system for delivery/collection. Inbound/outbound phone calls for customer orders, queries, and general information. Serve retail customers over the counter. Process orders, refunds/credits, and cylinder refill agreements. Capacity planner management and reviews of load build. Check telephone system for any voicemails and return calls. Check site email box. Raise hazard spots on H & S system. Follow faulty cylinder procedure when any faulty cylinders are received including labelling. Review daily aborts, cancels, and fill returns.Requirements: Outstanding customer service Computer literate Always demonstrates a professional and positive attitude. Demonstrates teamwork by supporting colleagues and sharing best practice. Shows commitment with attendance and flexibility to meet business demands.
