Dual-Site Kitchen Team Leader – Lead, Cook & Grow

Premier Inn Glasgow East Kilbride (Central) & Premier Inn Glasgow Newton Mearns (M77 J4) seek a Kitchen Team Leader to run daily kitchen operations across two sites. You will manage rotas, place food orders, lead busy services and uphold audit-ready hygiene standards. This hands-on role is ideal for someone aiming to progress toward Head Chef.
