Team Leader – White Collar Technical Recruitment Circa £45,000 basic + uncapped OTE (£80,000+) Long-term division build opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Team Leader or high-performing Senior Consultant to join a growing recruitment business as part of a long-term strategic expansion within White Collar Technical recruitment. This role offers the chance to build and shape a division with genuine autonomy, making it ideal for somebody entrepreneurial who enjoys developing business, leading from the front, and creating something long-term rather than simply stepping into an already established desk. The business already has strong infrastructure, backing and growth plans in place, with the role offering significant progression potential for the right individual. The Role This is a hands-on billing Team Leader position initially, with the opportunity to develop and grow a wider team over time. Responsibilities will include: * Building and developing a White Collar Technical recruitment division * Business development and client relationship management * Growing and managing your own desk * Identifying opportunities for long-term growth within the market * Supporting, mentoring or overseeing trainees/junior consultants where applicable * Working closely with management to help shape the direction of the division * Developing new accounts alongside leveraging existing business relationships where available What They Are Looking For * Proven recruitment experience within a 360 recruitment environment * Previous experience as a Team Leader, Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant * Strong business development and client management ability * Commercially driven with an entrepreneurial mindset * Someone motivated by building something long-term rather than simply maintaining an existing desk * Strong leadership potential and the ability to lead by example * Open on sector background for the right individual with the right mentality and leadership qualities What’s on Offer * Genuine long-term progression opportunity * Ability to shape and grow your own division * Supportive and ambitious leadership team * Strong earning potential with uncapped commission * Established business infrastructure and backing * Hybrid/flexible working environment (to be discussed) This is an excellent opportunity for somebody wanting more autonomy, progression and the chance to play a key part in building a successful technical recruitment division from the ground up
