This award winning tour operator offer a range of inspiring worldwide touring holidays and now have a new Product Executive vacancy to join them at an exciting time of company growth. As a Product Executive you will play an essential role in designing & developing new & existing worldwide tours and an integral part of the product team.

Product Executive – Role & Responsibilities:

• Support the Product Managers with creating compelling, original trips to meet customer requirements, sharing customer feedback to improve existing product range.
• Carry out competitor analysis to support itinerary planning and ensure competitiveness in the market.
• Control tour costs and accurately load contracts & tour details onto the system.
• Negotiate contracts to achieve required capacity and costs whilst maintaining quality standards and according to deadlines.
• In collaboration with internal departments, identify and react to commercial threats & opportunities and keep booking system updated.
• Communicate details of tour changes and update systems accordingly.
• Monitor customer feedback and highlight and resolve any reoccurring issues.
• Ensure all assigned tour elements have been health & safety checked and meet required standards
