We are recruiting for a Deputy Manager to support a specialist Children's Community Care and Short Breaks Service supporting children and young people with Autism, Learning Disabilities and complex behaviours across the Surrey area. Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will support service delivery, staff development, safeguarding and quality while building strong relationships with families and professionals. Based from the Croydon office, this is a hybrid role with a clear pathway into Registered Manager and senior operational leadership positions. Why Apply?
