Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track the quality performance of parts and products in the field
  • Maintain accurate quality records and inspection documentation
  • Analyse quality trends and highlight issues for corrective and preventive actions
  • Follow up on quality-related matters through to final resolution and disposition
  • Coordinate and conduct meetings with internal departments and external vendors on quality issues
  • Develop, review, and improve inspection and quality control processes
  • Train and support technicians and vendors on quality standards and procedures
  • Investigate field failures, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective solutions
  • Ensure compliance with EHS procedures, workplace safety policies, and safe work practices

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Precision Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in Quality Control and/or related functions
  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with ISO9001 / ISO45001 quality systems and quality tools
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and quality management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous, detail‑oriented, and possesses a strong quality mindset
  • Demonstrates integrity, initiative, and the ability to work independently
