- 5:30pm (overtime) Ashton Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading fresh produce and food distribution business based in Belfast for a Customer Service Operative to join their growing team.

Supplying the foodservice, wholesale and retail sectors across Northern Ireland, our client has built a strong reputation for quality, service and reliability within the industry.

The Role Working closely with the sales and operations teams, you will play a key role in supporting customers, processing orders and ensuring deliveries and enquiries are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Processing telephone and email orders accurately Providing support to the sales team Assisting customers with pricing, products and general enquiries Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Acting as a first point of contact for customer queries and deliveries Liaising with warehouse staff to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly Maintaining customer buying platforms, pricing and product information Supporting promotional activity and sales campaigns What We're Looking For Previous experience within a customer service or office-based role Strong communication and telephone xwzovoh manner Good IT skills including MS Office and Excel Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a busy, deadline-driven environment Experience within foodservice, wholesale or order processing would be advantageous Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:30am
