What the first year actually looks like Months 13: you learn the phone.

High volume outreach, calls, email, LinkedIn, with structured external sales training and a founder sitting next to you telling you what you got wrong on that call.

It's the hardest part and it's non-negotiable, because everything you earn later is built on it.

Months 412: you start running your own client conversations.

Booking meetings with CTOs and Heads of AI, mapping a market most recruiters don't understand, and working with our delivery team to turn briefs into placements and placements into commission.

After that it's on you.

We promote on performance, not tenure, and we'd rather promote from the inside than hire a manager in.

You'll fit here if You hate finishing second, and it bothers you for longer than it should You'll stay an extra hour when a deal is live, because that hour is usually where the money is A "no" on the phone costs you about ten seconds, then you dial again You want a scoreboard, you want to know where you rank and how to overtake the person above you You're motivated by money and honest about it We hire from competitive backgrounds: sport, forces, hospitality, sales.

You will need a car or a realistic commute to our office in Pury Hill.
