Hybrid: four days from home, one day in the office

An established business is looking for a Senior AI & Integration Engineer to help turn its AI and automation ambitions into practical, production-ready solutions.

As its first dedicated AI engineering hire, you will report directly to the IT Director and have the autonomy to shape the technology, standards and engineering patterns behind a new capability. This is a hands-on senior position with technical ownership and mentoring opportunities.

You will combine strong C# and .NET development with Azure, APIs and integration engineering, using Copilot Studio and Power Platform where they offer the right solution.

The opportunity

You will design and deliver secure AI agents, intelligent automation and integrations across a Microsoft-centred technology estate. Projects will connect CRM, finance, payroll, document management and bespoke applications, helping teams access information, process documents and automate business workflows.

You will own solutions throughout their lifecycle, from discovery and architecture through development, testing, deployment and ongoing improvement.
