This is an exciting opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders and lead the delivery of strategic people initiatives during a period of significant organisational growth and transformation.You'll play a key role in embedding a workforce of over 150 employees, working closely with leadership teams and specialist HR functions to deliver a people plan that supports operational success.Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver workforce and people strategies aligned to programme objectives.
• Lead the implementation of people initiatives across talent, organisational design, employee relations and change management.
• Provide expert HR guidance and coaching to senior stakeholders on complex people matters.
• Collaborate with specialist HR teams, including Talent Acquisition, Reward and Learning & Development, to ensure successful workforce mobilisation.
• Use people data and insights to identify risks, inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
