Freelance Construction Manager – CAT B Office Fit Out King’s Cross, London £2.6m Project | 17‑Week Programme A freelance Construction Manager is required for a £2.6m CAT B commercial office fit out based in King’s Cross. The project is due to run for 17 weeks and is delivering a full office fit‑out to a high standard. You will be working under an on‑site Project Manager for a Tier 1 D&B commercial contractor. Role details: * CAT B office fit out * £2.6m project value * 17‑week programme * Tier 1 design & build contractor * Based on site, King’s Cross * Immediate / Monday start Key responsibilities: * Day‑to‑day site management * Managing subcontractors and programme * Health & Safety compliance * Quality control and coordination with the Project Manager Requirements: * Proven experience delivering CAT B commercial fit outs * Background working with Tier 1 or large commercial contractors * Strong site management and coordination skills
