Senior Planner

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to support the delivery of a major data centre project in Leeds.

Develop and maintain detailed project programmes from pre-construction through to completion.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and other stakeholders to establish realistic timelines.
Monitor progress against the approved programme, identifying delays and potential risks.
Prepare progress reports, programme updates and critical path analysis.
Identify opportunities to improve sequencing, productivity and project delivery.
Assess the impact of variations, design changes and delays on the programme.
Attend planning and progress meetings, providing updates and recommendations.
Support project teams in developing recovery plans where required.

Proven experience as a Senior Planner on large-scale construction projects.
Strong background in data centres or complex commercial/industrial developments.
Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or other project planning software.
Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, critical path analysis and project controls.
Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams. xwzovoh
