Quality Control Technician

Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for a temporary Quality Control Technician to join our client's team. You will be responsible for carrying out quality control checks and testing to ensure raw materials, in-process products and finished goods meet the required standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct quality checks and testing on raw materials, components and finished products. Carry out in-process quality control checks in line with procedures and specifications. Collect, log and store QC retention samples. Calibrate laboratory equipment in accordance with SOPs. Review batch records and verify test results. Maintain GMP standards, health and safety procedures and a clean working environment.Essential Skills and Experience Previous experience in a quality control environment. Good written and spoken English. Computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent attention to detail and an organised, methodical approach. Ability to work to deadlines and follow procedures.Desirable: Knowledge of quality systems, manufacturing processes or first aid training.
