Entry-Level Executive Search Consultant Our client is a leading international Executive Search firm specialising in the financial services sector, with an established presence across major global financial centres. They partner with some of the world's leading investment firms and financial institutions, advising on senior appointments across areas including Investment Management, Investment Banking, C-Suite & Infrastructure and Technology . Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire an ambitious and driven Entry-Level Executive Search Consultant to join their London team. This is an opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career to enter a highly commercial, relationship-led environment and develop specialist expertise within global financial services. What They're Looking For Our client is particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate ambition, resilience and strong interpersonal skills . You don't need previous Executive Search or recruitment experience. They are open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including graduates and individuals with experience in sales, business development, financial services, consulting, hospitality or other competitive, client-facing environments. Responsibilities will include: Researching and mapping financial services markets Identifying and approaching high-calibre candidates Building and developing a network of senior professionals Conducting candidate conversations and understanding career motivations Supporting consultants on senior-level search assignments Developing detailed market and candidate intelligence Liaising with candidates throughout the search process Working closely with consultants to understand client requirements Managing multiple assignments and deadlines Developing specialist knowledge across specific financial services markets Supporting business development and the growth of client relationships Why This Role?
