Zachary Daniels are partnering with a well-known retail business to recruit an experienced Internal Recruiter for an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a great opportunity to join a busy, collaborative in-house Talent team, supporting recruitment across a broad range of Head Office functions including Finance, HR and specialist operational teams.

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, quickly build relationships with hiring managers and take real ownership of their vacancies from brief through to offer.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of Head Office and specialist roles
• Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their teams, challenges and hiring needs
• Proactively sourcing and engaging talent, particularly within more challenging candidate markets
• Managing multiple vacancies at different levels and across different functions
• Delivering a brilliant candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Using a range of sourcing methods to identify both active and passive talent
• Bringing ideas to the table around attraction, sourcing and how to reach the best people in the market
