Corporate Lawyer

Fast growing, Top 50 UK Law firm, on the fringes of north west London, (on the Piccadilly line), wish to strengthen their Corporate practice with the appointment of a 1-3 year PQE, ambitious and focussed Lawyer.

The successful candidate will be working with a diverse range of clients, including global brands, FTSE 100 companies, private businesses, and individuals, to deliver professional services with speed, accessibility, and clear communication, joining a law firm with over 1300 staff.

The corporate team provide commercial and practical advice on corporate matters including Corporate and tax restructuring and simplifications, Corporate governance, Employee ownership trusts, Equity capital markets, Mergers and acquisitions, Private equity, Shareholder arrangements, Strategic corporate projects and venture and growth/development capital.
