Production Operators

Are you looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing? We're looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our manufacturing operations team as Production Operator. This is an excellent opportunity to receive full training while developing the skills and experience needed to become a qualified Blown Film Operator. You'll work alongside experienced operators, learning every aspect of the extrusion process in a safe, supportive, and fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Be Doing * Operate blown film extrusion lines under the guidance of experienced operators. * Prepare and load raw materials to customer specifications. * Remove, palletise, and package finished products. * Set up reels, cores, and winding equipment. * Carry out production recording and quality sampling. * Maintain high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, and workplace organisation. * Follow all health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures. Requirements * Keen to learn and develop new technical skills. * Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping. * Safety conscious and committed to following procedures. * A good team player with a positive attitude. * Able to work in a busy manufacturing environment. * Willing to complete training and competency assessments. Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
