RTA PI Solicitor – Litigation & Settlements

Carpenters Group in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced paralegal or solicitor to manage Pursuer RTA Personal Injury cases, with some Defender involvement, handling pre-litigation and litigated matters at Sheriff Court and ASPIC levels.

You will conduct thorough investigations, gather and analyse evidence, liaise with clients, medical professionals and insurers, and ensure all procedures and documentation are meticulously followed to achieve the best outcomes.
