Electrical Engineer Liverpool Street, City of London  £50,000 - £55,000 New position for an Electrical Engineer based near Liverpool Street Station! Opportunity to join a well renowned service provider, on a high end, commercial contract, excellent for expanding further within your career.  As an Electrical Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, troubleshoot, fault find, carry out relevant electrical installations and tests, diagnose faults, report into the engineering manager and ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided Electrical Engineer Duties: Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance Working on single & three-phase power systems Electrical installations and testing Troubleshoot / fault find  Diagnose faults Motors and generators (including on/off load testing) UPS systems Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing HVAC systems Pumps, belts, bearings, mechanical seals BMS operation Maintaining logbooks and site documentation Electrical Maintenance Engineer Requirements: City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical Installations Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance Career-driven and motivated individual Professional, polite, and personable approach Salary and Package: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum  Private health and dental care Company pension scheme  20 days annual leave Continental shift pattern, day shift only Internal progression  Overtime available
