With over 135 years of engineering excellence and a strong pipeline of secured work, we are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator to join our established Pre-Construction team in Central London. This is an opportunity to play a key role in securing high-profile projects, working alongside experienced design, commercial and operational teams from bid stage through to project delivery. As a Senior Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for leading the electrical estimating function on major projects, ensuring competitive and commercially robust submissions while supporting the continued growth of the business. Lead electrical estimating activities across major tenders and negotiated opportunities. Produce detailed and competitive cost plans for electrical building services packages, including power, lighting, containment, fire alarms, security systems and specialist electrical installations. Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation to identify commercial opportunities and technical risks. Manage supplier and subcontractor enquiries, analysing quotations and benchmarking market rates. Work closely with pre-construction managers, design teams and operational teams throughout the bid process. Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator or Senior Electrical Estimator within the building services or MEP sector. Strong technical understanding of electrical building services systems and installation methodologies. Experience pricing major commercial, healthcare, residential, data centre or other technically complex projects. Ability to manage multiple tenders while maintaining a high level of commercial accuracy and attention to detail. Experience using industry-standard estimating software and Microsoft Office packages.
