Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Continuous Improvement Coordinator | FMCG We’re looking for a proactive Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing site and support improvement projects across operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with CI or manufacturing experience who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and driving positive change on site. What You’ll Be Doing * Support continuous improvement activities across the site * Help identify ways to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and improve processes * Work with teams to deliver improvement projects * Track performance data and highlight improvement opportunities * Promote CI tools and best practice across departments * Support training and engagement activities on site What We’re Looking For * Experience in Continuous Improvement, manufacturing, or operations * FMCG or fast-paced production environment experience preferred * Good problem-solving and analytical skills * Confident communicator who enjoys working with teams * Positive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn If you enjoy improving processes and making a real impact in a busy manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you
