Head of Operations & Service Delivery Location: Remote, with regular travel to client sites and field teams Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 Bonus: Up to 30% based on personal and team performance Remote working with regular travel Senior leadership opportunity within a growing organisation Competitive benefits package Opportunity to play a key role in a scaling business We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, technology-led organisation seeking an experienced Head of Operations & Service Delivery to lead and evolve its operational and technical service functions. The Role - Head of Operations & Service Delivery This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving performance, service quality and operational excellence across a multi-site environment. You will lead service delivery and technical operations teams, ensuring high standards, strong client outcomes and scalable processes. Key focus areas include improving service responsiveness, delivering complex technical projects, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. You will also play a key role in client engagement, supplier management and supporting business growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Head of Operations & Service Delivery Lead and develop high-performing service delivery and technical operations teams Drive operational performance, resilience and service quality Deliver continuous improvement programmes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction Oversee complex, multi-site technical installations and projects Act as a senior escalation point for key clients Manage supplier performance and strategic relationships Implement robust KPIs, governance frameworks and reportingAbout You Proven senior leadership experience in service delivery or operations Strong track record managing large, multi-disciplinary teams across multiple locations Experience delivering complex technical or operational projects Skilled in driving performance, process improvement and organisational change Commercially aware, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders at senior levelIf you are interested in this Head of Operations & Service Delivery Vacancy, have any questions or wish to apply then please send us a copy of your CV.
