Construction Administrator

CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR Commercial Roofing & External Refurbishment 3 Days per week, office based. I’m currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to join a well-established specialist contractor working across London and the South East. The business delivers commercial roofing and external refurbishment projects across sectors including education, healthcare, industrial, heritage, residential and public sector. The role will sit within the Contracts team, supporting live projects from pre-start through to completion. You’ll be responsible for keeping project documentation and compliance up to date, preparing project files, supporting orders and subcontractors, arranging training, tracking site reports and hire requirements, and acting as a key point of contact for clients and the internal team. The role also has plenty of scope to develop, with the opportunity to build your knowledge around contracts, RAMS, applications, forecasting and commercial management. They are also big on using technology and AI within the business, so you’ll need to be comfortable using AI tools or be keen to learn. The ideal candidate will have: • Previous administration or contracts support experience, ideally within construction or a related sector • Strong organisation and attention to detail • Good communication skills and a professional approach with clients • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook • A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple projects at once • Confidence using AI or a willingness to learn • Full clean driving licence If you’re looking for a role where you can develop within a growing Contracts team, get in touch for more information
