Admiral Nurses are specialist dementia nurses who offer expert practical, clinical and emotional support to families or professionals involved in the care of a person living with dementia with complex needs.

Main duties of the job

The Admiral Nurse will focus on three areas of delivery;

Working within the Dementia Support Bucks service to support those living with dementia, their carers and their families, and influencing the wider dementia system locally
