The Role

This is a rare opening for a newly qualified employment lawyer seeking a role with a global law firm. In this newly created role you will be exposed to a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious work including: Tribunal claims, HR advisory, outsourcing, project work, restructuring, DEI projects, investigations and senior exits.

Client relationship building sits at the heart of the role, which will suit someone who enjoys working as part of a collegiate team. There's a clear route to raising your profile here, and a defined path for ongoing development and progression.

Required Experience, Skills and Attributes

• Excellent academics.
• A recent employment seat, ideally as your final or penultimate seat.
• Training or qualification at a well regarded employment practice or in-house.
• Exposure to advising large businesses on employment matters.
• Strong drafting and legal research skills, with the confidence to run tasks autonomously. xwzovoh
