Skilled operative

GBRS are currently looking for a skilled operative to work with our client in Weston-Super-Mare. We are looking for skilled and mechanically minded workers with practical experience in electronics, soldering, and hands-on assembly to support the development and establishment of our client’s production line for the manufacture and assembly of laser machines. Your main duties will include: * Assisting with the assembly, installation, configuration, and setup of production equipment, as well as helping to establish an efficient and reliable assembly line. * Soldering and wiring electronic components, assembling mechanical parts and sub-assemblies, testing equipment, troubleshooting faults, and making practical adjustments to ensure machines are assembled correctly and consistently. The ideal candidate will have experience working with electronics, soldering, mechanical assembly, machinery, or production environments, a natural ability to understand how components, mechanisms, and electronic systems work together. This role as a skilled operative will be a 3 – 6 month assignment and will be working Monday to Friday from 10am - 6pm and looking for someone to start ASAP!
