Corporate Real Estate Associate

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Corporate Real Estate practice of an elite US law firm in London.

You'll advise private equity sponsors, institutional investors, developers and multinational corporates on a broad range of high-value real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and portfolio investments, working closely with market-leading partners on complex cross-border matters.

Requirements

• 2–6 years' PQE gained at a leading UK, US or international law firm.

• Experience advising on complex corporate real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and real estate aspects of wider corporate deals.

• Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.

• Experience managing transactions and working directly with clients in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

• Commercially minded with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary and cross-border teams.
