HGV Class 2 Driver

Job description: The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Weybridge area.

We are looking for multiple HGV Drivers to join the team.

Shift: Nights- Sunday to Friday (Sunday's and Fridays required)
- typically 23:59pm starts and occasional 03:00am start on a Sunday Pay Rate: Nights
- £18.61 per hour PAYE Location: Weybridge, KT13 Job Type : Ongoing with the opportunity for permanent / permanent role from day one available for nights The role: Working set shifts (rota planned in advance), 5/7 shifts every week nights.

Securely moving and transporting palletised parcels to couriers or collecting them from delivery units.

Handling runs with 1-2 stops, focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork.

Drivers may be required to assist with loading and unloading of the vehicle using a tail lift and pump truck.

Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements: Full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement (category C).

Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.

No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).

Full understanding of WTD legislation.

Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position.
