Quality Assurance Manager Food Manufacturing  Nottingham  Role: Lead and manage the QA team, fostering a culture of quality and accountability Coach Operations staff to maintain due diligence in food safety and quality standards Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives across the site Drive complaint reduction plans in collaboration with Operations and Technical Services Conduct audits, investigate customer complaints, and ensure supplier compliance with specifications Support innovation by ensuring quality standards are integrated into new product development Requirements: Previous experience within a food manufacturing environment is essesntial  We act as an Employment Agency/Business with regards to this vacancy.
