Warehouse Operative / Field-Based Buyer Location: Immingham Job Type: Full-time Pay: £14.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm Full Job Description We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Field-Based Buyer to join our team in Immingham. This is a varied, hands-on role combining warehouse duties with field-based purchasing activities. Key Responsibilities Grading and identifying catalytic converters within the warehouse Supporting purchasing activities outside of the warehouse Carrying out production duties once trained, including: Material grading Material buying Material containment and packaging Forklift operations Loading, unloading, and storage of materials Health & Safety Responsibilities Adhere to all health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures Report any accidents or near misses Participate in hazard identification and risk assessments Proper use and management of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Follow all company procedures and safe working practices Requirements Physically fit and capable of manual work Positive attitude with good timekeeping Strong team player Knowledge of manual handling and safe working practices Full UK driving licence (required) Good level of spoken and written English What We Offer £14.00 per hour Monday to Friday schedule (no weekends) Full training provided Opportunity to develop a varied skillset across warehouse and field-based work The Best Connection is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
