Restaurant Manager – Luxury Highland House

£35,000–£40,000 DOE + accommodation available(package TBC)

We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a luxury Highland property near Tain.

This is an intimate, high-end house with a strong focus on food, drink and creating a really personal guest experience. The restaurant is quality-led, seasonal and produce-focused, with wine and whisky playing an important part in the overall offering.

We're looking for someone with a background in 2 or 3 AA Rosette dining, luxury hotels or high-end restaurants, who is confident leading service and developing a team.

The role:

• Indicative salary £35,000–£40,000, depending on experience
• Staff accommodation available

• Strong focus on wine, whisky and guest experience
• Lead and develop the restaurant team
• Maintain high service standards
