Transport Administrators – Temp to Perm Days and Nights  We are currently recruiting for 2 Transport Administrators to join a busy transport operation based in Northampton. This is a temp to perm opportunity offering long-term work with an immediate start available. Shift Pattern 8pm - 6am 4 on 4 off 2:00pm – 10:00pm Monday - Friday Pay Rate £12.88 per hour £13.88 Nights Duties Include Supporting the transport team with daily administration tasks Updating driver and delivery records Booking deliveries and liaising with drivers Handling transport paperwork and PODs Inputting data accurately onto internal systems Communicating with customers and warehouse staff Ensuring compliance and transport documentation is up to dateCandidate Requirements Previous administration experience preferred Transport or logistics experience would be advantageous Good communication and organisational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems Reliable and flexible approach to workLocationNorthampton area This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing operation with the potential for a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
