Position: Service Coordinator
Location: Nottingham
Hours: 8am – 4pm
Salary: Up to £30,000 pro rota

About your new Service Coordinator role
Receiving, logging, and coordinating service requests from customers.
Scheduling engineer visits and ensuring timely completion of service calls.
Liaising between engineers, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Maintaining accurate service records and updating job management systems.
Managing parts requirements for service jobs and coordinating deliveries.
Providing excellent customer service via phone and email.What you will need for this Service Coordinator role
Previous experience in administration, coordination, or customer service (mechanical/engineering background beneficial but not always required).
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Good IT skills; familiar with office systems and service management software.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
