Business Development Manager (BDM) Location: Lutterworth Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 basic + uncapped commission We are recruiting for a motivated Business Development Manager to join a growing freight forwarding business in Lutterworth. This is a B2B sales role focused on winning new business, building client relationships, and promoting freight forwarding and logistics solutions across road, sea, and air freight services.
