Cut & Crease Minder

Full time - night shift 38 hours per week, £18-£19 per hour dependent on experience + 25% night shift premium - Mondays to Wednesdays: (Apply online only) - Thursdays: (Apply online only) Focused on recyclable and compostable products, we design and manufacture award-winning, sustainable food packaging solutions exported worldwide. As one of our Cut & Crease Minders, you will: * Ensure the quality of work and compliance with operating procedures; * Obtain the best possible production levels at all times; * Ensure that the relevant machine is maintained, kept clean and efficiently run. If you have the following skills and attributes, then we want to hear from you. * Recent, relevant and proven experience as a cut & crease minder - blanking and print experience desirable. * Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy loads. * Problem-solving and organisational skills - a self-starter who is well organised, positive, flexible and highly motivated to get the job done efficiently and safely using own initiative, and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and ability to work some overtime. * Confident in communicating verbally and in writing in English
