Assembly Operative - Oldham Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00 Friday: 08:00 - 14:00 Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Job Description: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assembly Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Oldham. This is a hands-on role involving the assembly of aluminium light boxes, working at a bench and using a variety of power tools to screw and fix metal components. Key Responsibilities: Assembling aluminium light boxes to specification Working on a bench using hand and power tools (e.g. drills, screwdrivers) Reading and following technical drawings or instructions Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Requirements: Previous experience in an assembly or production role Confident using power tools Good attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and punctual Benefits: Early finish on Fridays Long-term opportunity Supportive team environment Competitive hourly rate If you're interested in this role or would like more information, please get in touch today
