Investment Broker Role Overview As a Senior Investment Broker, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and promoting a range of investment products and opportunities. You will play a key role in helping clients build and grow their investment portfolios while contributing to the company’s continued expansion. Key Responsibilities * Generate new business through outbound calls, email campaigns, and networking activities * Build and manage a portfolio of private clients and high-net-worth individuals * Present and promote stocks, shares, and investment opportunities to prospective investors * Maintain a strong understanding of financial markets, industry developments, and stock performance * Provide ongoing account management and client support to encourage long-term relationships * Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs * Collaborate closely with senior brokers and portfolio managers to deliver tailored client solutions Requirements * 1–3 years’ experience within sales, brokerage, or financial services * Strong interest and understanding of stocks, shares, and capital markets * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Highly motivated, target-driven, and financially ambitious * Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, competitive environment * Professional, articulate, and client-focused approach * Previous experience selling investment products, financial services, or wealth management solutions What’s on Offer * £30,000 basic salary with uncapped commission potential * Ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development * Clear progression pathway into senior brokerage and leadership roles * Energetic and collaborative office environment with regular team incentives and rewards * Access to exclusive networking opportunities, industry events, and client introductions
