The successful candidate will have a proven sales background and ideally experience working within healthcare, care homes, hospitals, medical environments or other healthcare-related settings. This is a field based role and requires travel throughout Northern Ireland. Responsibilities Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline across Northern Ireland. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within public and private hospital environments and Care homes and residential care providers Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement teams, senior management, facilities teams and healthcare professionals. Manage the complete sales process from initial contact through to negotiation and contract award. Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and activity reports. Achieve agreed sales, revenue and margin targets. Knowledge & Skills Proven experience in a sales, business development or account management role. Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation through to closing. Willingness to travel throughout Northern Ireland Full driving licence.
